Shipping and returns
Where we ship
For now we ship to Spain and the United States; the rest of the European Union will follow soon. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Delivery times
Every print is made to order by a production partner in Europe or the US, depending on where you live, so it does not cross an ocean to reach you. Production usually takes 2 to 4 working days, and the whole order usually arrives within 3 to 8 working days. Remote areas and busy periods such as December can take a little longer. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you order several prints, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat €6.95$7.95 per order, whatever the number of prints, and free on orders from €80$90. The price you see includes VAT for deliveries to the EU. For the United States, the price you see is the price you pay: no tax is added at checkout.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault or is not what you ordered, email hello@fennox.art with your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the packaging, if it is damaged), ideally within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send it back.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return your prints within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason:
- Tell us by email at hello@fennox.art with your order number (you can use the cancellation form, but you do not have to).
- Send the prints back to Avda. de Bilbao 22B, chalet 4, 39600 Muriedas, Camargo (Cantabria), España within 14 days, well packed and in their original condition. The cost of returning them is yours.
- We refund the price of the prints and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the prints or proof that you sent them.
