What we collect and why
- When you buy. Your name, email, delivery address, phone number (the carrier may need it to deliver), billing address and what you ordered. We use them to make, ship and invoice your order, send you the confirmation and tracking emails and handle any return or complaint. Legal basis: the contract with you and our tax and accounting obligations.
- Payment. Stripe processes your payment details on its own secure page. We only receive the result of the payment and the last digits and brand of your card, never the full card number.
- Newsletter and "tell me when you open". If you give us your email for this, we store it with the language of the page, the date, your IP address (as a record of your request) and, if you signed up from the cart, the prints you had chosen. We use it only for what you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.
- Visit statistics. We count page views and actions (adding a print to the cart, saving it) with our own system on our own server, to learn which prints people like. We use no cookies and no third-party analytics for this, and we do not store your IP address: each visitor is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. We also note which site sent you to us (for example, a Pinterest pin). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the shop.
Who processes it for us
- Namecheap hosts the website, its database and our email, on servers in the Netherlands (EU).
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) processes payments. Stripe may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Printful (Printful Latvia AS, Latvia, in the European Union, and Printful Inc., United States) and its production centres make and ship your order. Your name, address, phone and email go to the production centre that makes it (in the EU for European orders, in the United States for orders there) and to the carrier that delivers it. Printful may transfer data to the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order data, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Spain, up to six years). Newsletter emails, until you unsubscribe. Requests to be told when the shop opens, until we have told you and at most 12 months after opening. Visit statistics are anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to hello@fennox.art. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Your cart, saved prints, language, currency and light or dark mode are kept in your own browser's storage so the site remembers them; they are not sent to us, except the contents of your cart when you check out or ask us to notify you. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.
When you pay, you leave our site for Stripe's payment page, which uses its own cookies, necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention, under Stripe's cookie policy.
