Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on fennox.art. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept the version published on the day of your order.

2. Our products
We sell art prints: posters on matte paper and framed prints. Each print is made to order once you buy it, by our production partner, in the European Union for orders to the EU and in the United States for orders to the US. The product page shows the design, available sizes and finishes, and the price of each option. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and the room photos are illustrations of scale and style.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros or US dollars, depending on the currency you choose; each currency is for deliveries to its own market (euros for the EU, dollars for the US). Prices in euros include VAT. Shipping costs €6.95$7.95 per order and is free on orders from €80$90. Any discounts are shown in the cart before you pay. The total you will pay, with shipping, is shown before you confirm the payment.
Payment is handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider; we never see or store your card details. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you place the order.
4. How to order
- Choose a print, finish and size and add it to your cart.
- Open the cart and press Checkout. You can still change quantities or remove items.
- On the secure Stripe payment page, enter your email, delivery address and payment details. Check them and correct any mistake before confirming.
- Press the pay button. This is an order with an obligation to pay.
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. That email lists what you ordered and the price, and links to these terms. We keep a record of your order; you can ask us for a copy at any time. The contract can be concluded in English or in the language of the page you ordered from.
If a print cannot be produced (for example because of a technical problem), we will tell you and refund you in full straight away.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the European Union (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the United States. Your print is usually produced within 2 to 4 working days and delivered within 3 to 8 working days of your order in total; we send you a tracking link when it ships. In any case we will deliver within 30 days. If we cannot, you may cancel the order and we will refund you in full. More details are on our shipping and returns page.
6. Your right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several prints that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Santiago Aparicio Garcia, Avda. Bilbao 22B, nº 4, 39600 Muriedas (Cantabria), España, hello@fennox.art) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to the address above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please pack them well (a poster rolled in a tube, a frame in its original box) and keep proof of sending.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We offer the same 14-day cancellation right on orders delivered to the United States.
7. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@fennox.art with your order number and a photo, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or, if you prefer, refund you in full. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask you to, and in that case we pay for the return.
This does not limit your legal rights. Every print is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the consumer law of your country (three years from delivery in Spain, and at least two years everywhere in the EU).
8. Intellectual property
The designs belong to Fennox. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print for your personal use; it does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the design.
9. Liability
We are responsible for delivering prints that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Complaints and applicable law
If something goes wrong, write to hello@fennox.art and we will answer within a few working days. Official complaint forms are available on request. We do not currently take part in any alternative dispute resolution scheme; if we cannot solve your complaint, you can contact the consumer authority of your country.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
